Our program is simple: Earn 9 stars and receive a free entrée of your choice!
How to Earn Stars
Customers earn one star per qualifying visit with a purchase of $7.99 or more before tax.
To earn your star, enter your phone number at checkout or use an eligible payment method linked to your loyalty account.
What Counts as a Visit?
A visit is one distinct dining or pickup occasion.
Only one star may be earned per customer during a single visit, regardless of the number of separate orders, payments or transactions.
Examples include:

Dining in and ordering food to go: If you purchase a meal, eat in our restaurant and then order additional food to take home before leaving, that is one visit.

Multiple online orders: If you place several orders and pick them up together, that is one pickup visit.

Separate transactions: Dividing an order into multiple transactions does not qualify you to earn additional stars.

Returning later: If you visit for lunch and return later for dinner, those are two separate visits. Each can earn a star with a qualifying purchase.
Ordering or Picking Up for Other Customers
Loyalty stars are earned individually and belong to the customer making the qualifying purchase.
If you're picking up multiple orders for coworkers, friends or family, you may not collect additional stars from their separate purchases on your own account.
Each customer may earn stars through their own loyalty account for their qualifying purchases, even if someone else picks up their order.
Redeeming Rewards
Incorrectly Awarded Stars
Once you've earned 9 stars, you'll receive a free entrée reward that can be redeemed on an eligible entrée at Rice & Roux.
Your previously earned stars remain in your account when the minimum purchase requirement changes.
Our point of sale system may occasionally award additional stars when multiple qualifying transactions occur during the same visit.
Rice & Roux reserves the right to correct duplicate or incorrectly credited stars in accordance with the program rules.
