The Jambalaya Shoppe offers daily plate lunches Monday through Friday,

all served with a main dish and two sides with a dinner roll.

	Daily		Fried Catfish with two dinner sides and roll         7.50

	Monday 	Crawfish Etouffé over rice, with two dinner sides and roll         7.50

			ETOUFFEE’ (ay-too-fay) - Literally means smothered.  In this case Crawfish tail meat is smothered

			with onions, peppers and seasoning with a light roux base, and is served hot over rice.

	Tuesday	Lasagna with two sides and garlic bread      6.50

	Wednesday	Hamburger Steak, mashed potatoes or rice and gravy, two dinner sides and roll      6.50
